4. Attentions about KSD301 Bimetal Electric Thermostat.

1) During KSD301 bimetal thermostat using process, need to avoid moisture and pollution, otherwise it will affect the electrical performance of the product. Recommended bimetal thermostat working environment is that relative humidity ≤90%, no contact with corrosive and flammable things.

2) During using process, need high attention to avoid cracks caused by the large force on the case inside, and liquid penetrates into the thermostat. Keep the case clean to prevent the insulation performance from decreasing or even short circuit breakdown after the thermostat polluted by the conductive medium.

3) Thermostat shall be installed with cap connected with the grounding metal parts or the power grounding wire of the equipment to reduce the electromagnetic radiation and interference signals of the complete machine.

Q1: How can we get a quote?
A: Please offer the specification of thermostat, such as contact type, action/reset temperature, case/bracket type, terminal size and orientation, application, demand quantity etc. Pictures or drawing are welcome for our reference.

Q2: How can we get a drawing?

A: After confirm the detail specification, we will provide the drawing via E-mail, WhatsApp, Wechat and other ways.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 2000 pcs. Larger quantity could win better price.We also support small quantity for test or pilot run purpose.

Q4: What about the lead time?
A: less than 7 days for sample making;

   10~20days for order with long term forecast;

   Around 30days for PO without forecast. 

   We always do special support the urgent order. 

Q5: Which payment terms you can accept?
A: T/T or pay via PayPal in advance, could talk based on customer actual status.

Q6: Package carton dimension.

A: For 1000pcs, use 38*29*25mm carton.

For 2000pcs, use carton with dimension of 56*38*25mm carton or 41*30*21mm.

Q7: Express or Forwarder for delivery.

A: Customer could assign a express or forwarder for delivery, or we ask our source to do it if it's more cost-saving.
